How the 187 weapons in Sephiria actually stack up: 6 classes, each growing from a base weapon into branching enhancements.
A fixed S-to-D ranking doesn't fit Sephiria. A weapon's output depends on the bag built around it: charm levels, set bonuses, destiny nodes and which enhancement branch you commit to, so the same weapon can carry one run and stall the next. What the game files do settle is structure, so instead of invented ranks each class below lists its base weapon, how many enhancement paths grow out of it, and the final forms those paths end in.
Every branch is drawn out on the weapon trees page, every weapon has its own page in the weapons list, and the bag planner tests the build around them.
